I am looking for ideas on the design, etc. on how to make handmade fans for my guests to use during my August wedding. To Rich C...we ask these questions for ANSWERS...not opinions. Thanks anyway.

Does anyone know where I can find patterns or instructions to make a hand fan? I don't like the cheap wooden ones sold online or the ridiculously expensive ones so I decided to make them. I'm willing to spend a lot of time if necessary. I prefer to use directions for lacy handheld fans too.

the kind on a wooden stick. I have several and would love some ideas on how to display them. I have one on the piano, one in each room on the wall, I would like to display them in a group. Any ideas?

This idea just popped into my head. Any advise? Does anyone think it would fly?
